Green smoothie made with spinach, pear and banana
Aw, look at that! I had this amazing smoothie for lunch, really filling and so damn HEALTHY! Spinach is a great veggie that has so many awesome health benefits. The pretty green leaves are packed with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. These helps prevent heart diseases, helps your immune system and prevents cancer. Yes please! (: Here are the ingredients:

The smoothie A big handful of spinach 1 small banana 1 pear water 0,25 cup of orange juice A squeeze of lemon
The topping A handful of cashews A sprinkle of flaxseeds A sprinkle of sunnflower seeds |
