SNACK Apple and carrot sticks with homemade peanutbutter
This was really awesome! An other blogger (justaddcayenne) told me about mixing carrot sticks and peanutbutter, which i really wanted to try (: And wow, it is SO good, a verry tasty and healthy snack. Dipping the apples in PB also tasted amazing! It's really easy to make homemade peanutbutter, and it really tastes even better than the ones you buy! Just put some peanuts and a bit of oil into a food processor, and there you have it!

Chai latte on a rainy day
SNACK Chai latte and wholeweat bread with peanutbutter, peach and banana
This was so good! while the rain was falling down outside my window, i enjoyed this amazing snack between lunch and dinner. I simply love Chai latte! So creamy, so delicious and so perfect on these rainy days! I used 200 g. of non-fat milk, 100 g. of water, 1 tsp of black tea, 4 cm of cinnamon, 4 cardamom pods, 8 whole gloves, 4 peppercorns, 1 anise and 1 cm of fresh ginger. I also added some stevia, but you can use the sweetener you like the most (: I just put all the ingredients into a pot, and when it boils, its ready! Remove the spices, and there you have it! I also love the combination of peanutbutter and fruit, soo yummy and healthy. But, be sure to use a whole natural peanutbutter, one without added sugar! Peanutbutter do contain a pretty big amount of fat, but its the good kind, the kind our bodies needs. Enjoy in moderation. Bon appetit!

Exotic smoothie
BREAKFAST Smoothie and toasted wholeweat bread with chocolate and banana
Good morning. Today i started out my day with this delicious breakfast, super healthy and i'm ready to go! I made the smoothie of mango, grapes, papaya, pineapple, orangejuice and mint - really a great combination! I love the little twisted flavour that the mint gives. Soo good. The chocolate on the bread melted so nicely and created a wonderful creamy texture, uhm! (: The whole meal gave me about 350 kcals, which is just perfect for a good, balanced breakfast to kickstart my day.

Quick and healthy lunch
LUNCH Wholeweat bread with peanutbutter/banana and ham/veggies and a salad
This was what i got for lunch today. Verry easy to make, verry healthy and of course: Verry tasty (: Peanutbutter and banana is a great combination and compliments each other so well! But, be careful with the peanutbutter, especially if you are trying to lose weight. It contains a lot of calories, but mostly from the good and healthy fat. The salad is made of half an apple, a handful of spinach and some slices of cucumber. For seasoning i used dried basil, salt and pepper. Verry delicious!

Healthy fruit salad!
SNACK Fruit salad with vanilla cottage cheese
UHMMMM! This was so tasty! Can't believe that it is also extremely healthy - win win (; i just chopped up half an apple, 1 pear, 1 peach and half a banana, and mixed it with 50 g. of frozen blueberries. Then i mixed some cottage cheese with these lovely vanilla seeds, but you can use extract, it's just as good. I also added some non-fat yoghurt to the mixture for extra creamyness. at last, i decorated the dish with a little mint leaf - so pretty! And then - ready to enjoy! This portion really filled me up thanks to all the awesome fibers from the fruits and the protein from the cottage cheese and yoghurt. Perfect as a snack, but also as a healthy dessert (:

Chocolate love
SNACK Extra dark chocolate 85% and a cracker with banana
Yep, thats right. Chocolate, and i loove it! This was a verry delicious snack that i had between lunch and dinner. The chocolate is as dark as it gets, and it gives it some amazing health benefits! You shouldn't think so, but it actually contains lots of healthy fibers, a ton of the healthy fats, antioxidants and flavonoids. It lowers the blood pressure, prevents heart disease and even slows down the aging process! The dark chocolate is also REALLY filling, and keaps me full for a verry long time, try it out! But remember, it needs to be the dark ones, at least 70%, and not too much! With this verry intense dark chocolate, i had a cracker with banana slices. The flavours complimented each other perfectly, and i felt really satisfied (: It really killed my horrible sugar cravings!
